Wiz Khalifa and Lil Wayne will headline a free music festival at Civic Center Park on May 21, 2016, as part of the rescheduled Denver Annual 420 Rally. “On April 16, a significant snowstorm hit Denver and forced us to postpone what was slated to be the largest 420 event in the world,” said Santino Walter, Producer of 420 Rally.
