In Missouri, non-violent marijuana-related crimes can now be expunged from public records, according to RiverfrontTimes.com. Gov. Jay Nixon signed Senate Bill 588 on July 13, 2016. The bill allows those convicted of non-violent drug-related crimes to appeal to expunge their records of felonies after seven years and misdemeanors after three years.
