‘VICE Does America’ Spotlights Denver Relief

By:

On July 6 2016, VICELAND, the TV channel of VICE Media, premiered its new travel series “Vice Does America,” documenting three employees of VICE traveling on a road trip across America.

In the first episode, “The President & The Mad Rancher,” Abdullah Saeed, Wilbert Cooper and Martina De Albam kick off their road trip by meeting an Obama impersonator, then they head to Nevada to meet militia leader Cliven Bundy.

On July 13, 2016, marijuana was one of the second episode’s main topics. In “The Porno, The Hitchhiker & The Weed,” the trio hits up a Donald Trump-themed porn shoot and then heads to Denver to talk pot.

Saeed, Cooper and Albam are given a tour of Denver Relief’s grow house by co-founder Kayvan Khalatbari, with Khalatbari later helping the trio try dabs at his home.

You can watch a clip from the trio’s visit to Denver Relief below. “Vice Does America” airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m.
