On Feb. 4, 2016, the City of Eugene Planning and Development Department published the land use application details for SightGlass Management, an outsource management services company based in San Francisco that is currently negotiating a lease for an edibles manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon.
The Planning and Development Department had previously published the land use document details for SightGlass on Feb. 1. The documents reveal that SightGlass plans to run a wholesale confections manufacturing facility that specializes in chocolates and artisan confections that have been infused with cannabis, with the final products to be distributed at retail stores in Oregon.
The lease under negotiation is for a facility located at 90502 Hwy 99 N. Building D, which is made up of more than 970 sq.ft. of office space and more than 2,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space.
