Back to square one. That’s how many Illinois medical marijuana patients feel upon receiving the news that outgoing Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn would do nothing to address the mountain of medical marijuana licenses that have yet to be approved.
It’s a pity that the standing governor, Pat Quinn, can’t be tried for cowardice as it relates to neglecting the Illinois Compassionate Care Act, because it appears he’s certainly guilty of that.
