Brennan Thicke, director of the Venice Beach Care Center, a medical cannabis collective in California, and his father, Alan Thicke, who played Jason Seaver on the 80s sitcom “Growing Pains,” both of whom are related to R&B singer Robin Thicke known for the popular song “Blurred Lines,” will be in attendance at the California Cannabis Business Expo in San Francisco this March 3-5, 2016.

Brennan Thicke is scheduled to participate in two panels: California Business Models – Dispensaries After MMRSA, and the Emerging Brands Showcase.

Alan Thicke is expected to speak briefly at the after party on Friday, March 4, and will also be making opening remarks on Saturday, March 5, for the panel on Dispensaries After MMRSA.

The California Cannabis Business Expo follows MJIC Media’s inaugural event, the Marijuana Investor Summit in Denver in April 2014, which drew more than 1,000 people and 100 exhibitors. The California Cannabis Business Expo in San Francisco is a unique opportunity to learn about the state of cannabis in California directly from those shaping the legal landscape.

Tickets to the California Cannabis Business Expo in San Francisco can be purchased online.
