On July 14, 2016, Benjamin Efran filed a class action lawsuit in Oregon’s Multnomah County Court against Guardian mite spray, a pesticide product that had been used by some of Oregon’s cannabis growers until the Oregon Department of Agriculture announced the sale stoppage and removal of Guardian on Feb. 8, 2016.

According to Courthouse News Service, Efran is suing Guardian’s manufacturer, All In Enterprises, and its officers Michael Delameter and Thomas McCathron, and is seeking damages for negligent misrepresentation, breach of warranty, fraud, unfair business practices and unjust enrichment.
