(CSE:LHS) (OTCBB:LHSIF) (“Liberty” or the “Company”) today announced that the Florida Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use, approved the transfer of the license to cultivate, process and dispense medical marijuana in the State from Chestnut Hill Tree Farm LLC (“Chestnut”) to Liberty, effective September 28, 2017.
