Baltimore judge ruled Wednesday that a case that could disrupt Maryland’s fledgling medical marijuana industry should proceed to trial.

Michael Sommermeyer, spokesman for the Nevada Supreme Court, said, “Marijuana is still considered an illegal substance under the feds, and federal law trumps state law.”
The states of Oklahoma and Nebraska are once again attempting to shut down Colorado’s legal marijuana industry.
