WASHINGTON, Jan. 27, 2016 /Weed Wire/ — Today, a broad group of legislators from both parties sent a letter to the Veterans’ Administration (VA) demanding a change in policy to allow veterans to access medical marijuana.
A study by the Veterans Administration reveals over 200,000 service men and women have post-traumatic stress disorder yet cannot get medical marijuana. But the Senate Appropriations Committee recently approved a bill that would allow vets access to medicinal cannabis.
