Thursday WPO Listens


Stocks rebounded today as March volatility continues. This time markets were in rally mode with the S&P 500 climbing 1.26% to 2,066. U.S. stocks have crossed back into positive territory for the year.

Today was another Cannabis Investor Webcast series with several companies presenting. Derwin Wallace is a tenacious entrepreneur and we believe he is doing a good job of getting companies in front of investors.

Daily Positive: The CARERS Act may be the long overdue catalyst for the space as enthusiasm seems to have returned, at least for the day.

Daily Negative: Staying focused on the positive side again.

We are in Southern California today. Emily Paxhia, Steve DeAngelo and Troy Dayton have been invited to speak at a World Presidents’ Organization event later today.

Cannabis conferences seem to be popping up every week, which is great. However, there is a tremendous number of people that still don’t understand the industry’s potential like those of us that live it everyday. We see this WPO opportunity as a further sign of progress for the industry’s acceptance with key influencers.
