USCP Arrest Four on Capitol Grounds for Possession of Marijuana


WASHINGTON, April 24, 2017 /Weed Wire/ — At approximately 1:30 p.m. today, the United States Capitol Police (USCP) arrested four individuals on the East Front Plaza of the U.S. Capitol for smoking marijuana on Capitol Grounds. Under federal law, it is unlawful to possess marijuana.

Two adult males and two adult females were charged with 21 USC 844(a) (possession). They were taken to USCP Headquarters for processing.
